    4. To maintain fitness / weight?

    20-40mins, 3 times a week.

    5. To increase flexibility?

    5-10 mins, everyday.

just did this.. except I don’t know what long jumps are and that little fine print is too tiny for me to read lol.  I just substituted one of the other exercises each time.
I think it said to jump forward landing with both feet?
